Elizabeth’s professional journey, predominantly unfolded in the heart of the Midwest. She honed her skills and expertise in talent acquisition after graduating from Butler University, where she discovered Human Resources through an internship. Her journey is a testament to perseverance and innovation, as she navigated through the complexities of agency recruiting, corporate HR, RPO integration, high-volume staffing and vendor management.

Elizabeth’s leadership is guided by principles of responsibility, communication, strategy, input and ideation.
